Jacksonville Zoo jaguar euthanized due to declining health

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens connected Tuesday said it made the hard determination to euthanize 1 of its jaguars, which was successful declining health.

According to the zoo, 20-year-old Onca was believed to person been suffering from kidney nonaccomplishment and cancer. The zoo is awaiting trial results to corroborate that.

Onca archetypal arrived astatine the zoo with her precocious sister, Salsa, from the Baton Rouge Zoo.
